All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website also.
All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-7 business days.
While we try our best to fulfill your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 1 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt and will only be exchanged once the returned product has been examined and verified as saleable.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used. Youstylo Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow 3-5 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Youstylo Team. If you claim a defect in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with product images and the batch number, within 24 hrs from the delivery time. We shall take 3-5 days to perform a quality check once we receive the product. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
An item is eligible for return if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories.
- Product packaging not opened, product not used.
We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
All returns and exchanges initiated because of any reason other than damaged/wrong products shipped by us, will have to be returned and shipped by you, Youstylo will not bare the return charges.
