Free Shipping:
All products purchased from Youstylo.com qualify for free shipping. We want to ensure that you enjoy the convenience of shopping without any additional shipping charges.

Order Processing Time:
We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Our dedicated team strives to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed and is ready for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver your products to your doorstep as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the location of the delivery address.

Tracking Your Order:
For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and sms containing the tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Locations:
We currently offer shipping services within India only.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, changes may be limited.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Pets goods such as chew toy, water bottle, feeding bowl, toothbrush or any baby products except clothing cannot be returned.

Refunds or Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace or refund any item if that is defective or damaged. If you have received any damaged or defective product, write back to us with proper images at support@youstylo.com with in 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request for refund or exchange after that time period will not be entertained.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  3. Note that for any refund or exchange you need to send back the product to our mentioned address in the invoice.
  4. Under our Exchange Policy, only defective products exchanges are allowed. Even Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  6. Once we receive your returned product, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item and we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
  7. When the product passes the quality check, we will exchange or initiate refund as per your request and if the picked- up product does not pass the quality check, we will not offer you any kind of refund and the same will be sent back to you (If applicable).
  8. Please allow 48 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your youstylo account.
  9. In case the items handed over to the courier person doesn’t match the details of the items mentioned in the Return request, we will conduct an internal investigation and get back to you accordingly.
  10. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Pet and baby products are non-refundable.
